Remember the golden rule of the internet: If it feels sketchy, don’t do it.
As reported at Lifehacker, with this week’s release of the latest Star Wars movies, scammers are preying on people’s interest to see it. If it looks or sounds too good to be true, or their asking a lot of personal information just to download a movie.. just walk away. Look at the URL of the website you’re viewing to triple-check that it’s actually, say, the official site for Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker.
